In May the Milburns team at Salisbury Cathedral were honoured to be selected from a shortlist of three to cook and serve lunch for Her Majesty the Queen, HRH the Duke of Edinburgh and 90 other notable guests from across Wiltshire in a marquee as part of her Jubilee visit to Salisbury.

Head Chef Kate Jarvis and her team ably assisted by Executive Chef Paul Jennings served a delicious menu of Homemade Rosemary bread, Breast of chicken on a spring vegetable broth and Jersey Royals followed by Rhubarb fool with ginger tuilles, all in a very tight schedule of 55 minutes. 

General Manager Kevin Oborne led the front of house team who all did a great job in such illustrious company!
