MOSI makes a splash in Manchester

The Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) has made a splash in Manchester, transforming its Revolution Manchester Gallery into a laboratory for guests at the Manchester Science Festival. The evening saw talks from world-renowned psychologist, Professor Charles Spence, who spoke about the multisensory science behind eating out; while MOSI put on a bespoke banquet of scientific treats, including petri dish canapés, Bloody Mary syringe shots and liquid nitrogen ice cream.
