We love everything about food: the crunch of a just-ripe apple grown in a local orchard. The taste of freshly-baked baguette, dipped in balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. The sound of one of our head chefs talking excitedly about a new recipe, specially created for one of our partners. 


We love food, it’s true. In fact, you could say that Levy people are obsessed with food. But our business is about more than just serving delicious cuisine: it’s about the whole guest experience.  


We pay special attention to the intricate detail in each and every project, ensuring our ‘guest first’ philosophy runs throughout our whole business.


This goes for the environments we create for your guests, as well as your experience when you work with us, no matter the size of your company. From concept to completion, we’re with you all the way.


For the last ten years, we’ve provided guests of the BRIT Awards with a bespoke menu to match the excitement and opulence of the star-studded musical event.


But it’s not just our celebrity guests who dine like A-listers: we create delicious food to entice and delight customers at each of our venues, from families at Edinburgh Zoo to art lovers at Somerset House.
