Client objectives

IWM tasked Levy Restaurants UK with creating tailor-made, on-trend catering concepts to create truly memorable visitor experience. We also needed to increase retail catering sales and drive revenue for meetings and events.

Working side by side with its client, our team opened a new high profile deli café and bar on HMS Belfast, a casual dining restaurant and two visitor cafes at IWM Duxford, and completely re-designed the visitor café in the Churchill War Rooms.

Results

The innovations implemented since the start has enhanced the customer experience through the delivery of outstanding food, service and targeted investment. At Tom’s Kitchen on HMS Belfast, we saw a 57% year on year increase on retail sales and spend on transaction growth of 47%.
