London’s originals, Payne & Gunter, has been a maker of English hospitality in all its quirky glory since 1786, known for fine venues, characterful dining and impeccable delivery. The specialist event caterer is recognised for delivering memorable, classic British menus with a quirky twist at events ranging from the BRIT Awards at London’s The O2 to the Royal Windsor Horse Show. The new culinary collaborations with River Cottage and Dipna Anand are available to order in addition to Payne & Gunter’s range of menus.
Founded by culinary icon Prue Leith, Leith’s Dining has over 50 years’ experience as an admired event caterer, serving modern British classics, at some the UK’s most iconic venues. One of the biggest names in event hospitality, Leith’s works with a range of iconic venues and events, including Hever Castle, Glyndebourne Festival and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. Originally founded in 1962, Leith's specialises in providing conference and banqueting, hospitality and retail services to cultural, arts and exhibition locations throughout the country.
